The Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 are neutral and all-round trail shoes. They are ideal for both beginning and advanced trail runners. The upper offers good breathability. The upper is reinforced in strategic places for increased durability. This makes it more resistant to rocks and branches.
The EVA Rock Plate in the forefoot is a plate located under the foot. This plate protects the feet from rocks and stones when running on trails. The U4icX material in the midsole provides good energy return and comfortable cushioning.
This 7th version has more structure and stability because of the Mizuno Wave. Wave technology provides stability and support by using two layers of cushioning material, each with a different density and cushioning capacity. The outsole contains rubber from the well-known tyre brand Michelin. This material is very durable and provides great grip and traction on both dry and wet surfaces. The studs bite into soft terrain.
