South African Customers:

Purchasing & Payments

From the homepage:

1. Select a category that appeals to you.

2. Within the category you’ll find products on offer.

3. Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.

4. Select quantity, attributes (size etc) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.

5. In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.

6. From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).

All our payment methods except Bank Deposit require payment to be made immediately. If you couldn’t complete the payment process and your order is in "Awaiting Payment" you can come back to checkout to pay again.

Note you have 24 hours to complete payment, before the order is cancelled

YOU CAN ONLY DEPOSIT INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU SELECT BANK DEPOSIT AT CHECKOUT.

For Direct Bank Deposit only, you need to transfer the exact amount outstanding into our bank account, using your order number as your reference. If you use the incorrect reference we won’t be able to allocate the funds correctly and your order may be cancelled.

Delivery & Collections

Under normal circumstances we have a 2-3 working day delivery time to main centres and a 4-7 working day delivery time to outlying areas.

We'll email you a tracking link and number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

You can also track your order at any time by using the link that was emailed to you.

Alternatively, you can give us a call (021 010 0915) during office hours and we will assist you.

Door to door:

Our preferred courier company is CourierIT. We deliver parcels to your physical address within the borders of South Africa.

Pargo:

We allow consumers to receive parcels at Pargo points located at convenient retails store acorss South Africa.

Collection in store:

We have a physical store based in Paarl. We allow consumers to collect thier parcels in-store if they select this option at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

To log a return please email us (info@sportsa.co.za) your order number along with the reason for the return and we will schedule a courier to collect the unwanted item/s from you. Before we schedule the collection, we will confirm a date that suits you best.

We can't send you a new item without receiving the original product first. This means that, once your exchange request has been approved, we will collect the returned item from you and deliver the new product once the one you returned has passed inspection at our warehouse

International Customers:

We recommend selecting "Payfast" at checkout. This will allow you to use:

- Credit card: VISA & Mastercard

Please note that prices at checkout will always be shown in ZAR (South African Rand)

We will soon be accepting PayPal through the PayGate payment platform.

Duties and taxes are not included in the final price you see online. DHL pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods. Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to DHL by you, the goods will be delivered.

We use DHL Express for all international orders. Delivery time vary from 3-7 working days depending on the destination country.

We'll email you a DHL Express tracking link and number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

You can also track your order at any time by using the link that was emailed to you.

Alternatively, you can email us to info@sportsa.co.za and we will assist you.

We use DHL Express for all international orders and the shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and is based on your area.

Returns & Exchanges
