How do I buy on your site?

From the homepage:

  1. Select a category that appeals to you.
  2. Within the category you’ll find products on offer.
  3. Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
  4. Select quantity, attributes (size etc) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
  5. In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.
  6. From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).

How do I pay for an order that is Awaiting Payment?

All our payment methods except Bank Deposit require payment to be made immediately. If you couldn’t complete the payment process and your order is in "Awaiting Payment" you can come back to checkout to pay again.

Note you have 24 hours to complete payment, before the order is cancelled


For Direct Bank Deposit only, you need to transfer the exact amount outstanding into our bank account, using your order number as your reference. If you use the incorrect reference we won’t be able to allocate the funds correctly and your order may be cancelled.

If you would like to find out when we will get more stock of a product sold out, please visit the product and complete the "out of stock" form and fill in your email address and click submit.

As soon as it goes back in stock, you will be notified via email.

Where is my order? How can I track the status of my order?

We'll email you a tracking link and number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

You can also track your order at any time by using the link that was emailed to you.

Alternatively, you can give us a call (087 985 0710) during office hours and we will assist you.

How do I Iog a return?

To log a return please email us your order number along with the reason for the return and we will schedule a courier to collect the unwanted item/s from you. Before we schedule the collection, we will confirm a date that suits you best.

Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How long does an exchange take?

We can't send you a new item without receiving the original product first. This means that, once your exchange request has been approved, we will collect the returned item from you and deliver the new product once the one you returned has passed inspection at our warehouse
